Alumni
Usage is limited to reading in the library and photocopying. There are limits according to material.
Please obey the following procedures when entering the Library.
・Alumni who have an Alumni Association membership card (University-Shiyu Alumni Association, College-Sumire/Momiji Associations, BFGU-BFGU OBOG Association) can visit directly; please show the card to the receptionist.
*Expired membership cards cannot be accepted.
・People without a membership card need to submit a graduation confirmation certificate (for library use) issued by each school to the receptionist.
・Open college alumni whose membership validity period has expired will have to fill out certain library documents. Please contact the reference section in advance.
・Distance learning alumni need to submit a graduation confirmation certificate and learning group leadership ID to the receptionist.
*Monday – Friday after 5:00 p.m., and on Saturdays, since there are school offices that cannot issue the above-mentioned graduate confirmation certificate, please check beforehand with each school office.

・For opening days and hours, please check the “Library calendar (Alumni). The availability dates are different from those for current students.
*If you have overdue materials, you cannot use the Library.
